Alloy 20 is the austenitic alloy grade which consists of nickel, iron, and chromium. However, the alloy is developed with the maximum corrosion resistance ability with the types of environmental acid attacks. This is the alloy that is having the corrosion resistance under the elevated temperatures and it stabilizes against the chloride-containing chemicals. The alloy 20 grade also stabilizes because of the niobium which is there in the chemical composition of the alloy steel.
